The iNet Brokers are experienced Business Advisers, helping both new and established companies throughout the South West to innovate and grow.

	Mark Jaques – Aerospace & Advanced Engineering Working as part of the Southeast Innovation Team, supporting the Business-KIT Innovation website and diagnostic tools, and developing new applications to help HEI’s work with local business. Specialist advisor in University ‘spin-outs’ and Student Enterprise.
	Lindsay Smith – Biomedical Adept at dealing with people at all levels with excellent ability to build and develop new and existing relationships based on trust, credibility and expertise.
	Korash Sanjideh – Creative Industries Korash has a passion for digital innovation in Creative Industries, with a focus on experience led interactive technologies and games based systems. With a deep understanding of managing creative teams, he can develop and deliver complex projects flawlessly and is able to culture Intellectual Property from idea to reality with a proven track record in selling those digital products and services globally.
	Oscar De Mello – Environmental Specialising in innovation and invention, particularly in the area of environmental technologies, Oscar provides support and assistance to high growth businesses and start-ups. Qualifications include a Masters in Strategic Entrepreneurship and a Prince2 accreditation. He is also a member of the Institute of Knowledge Transfer.
	Riley Sim – Microelectronics Riley is an experienced Business Development Manager in the electronics industry and has a strong background in both Sales and Skills advice. His qualifications include Dip RSA and SFEDI accreditation. He has also won the Barclays/Prince’s Trust Mentor of the Year award and is a member of the Institute of Consulting.
	John Richardson – iNet Project Manager John is a very experienced Innovation and Technology Adviser with a successful career delivering innovation and knowledge transfer services to high growth businesses. He is a passionate supporter of Knowledge Transfer between Universities and small businesses and his qualifications include an Engineering Degree, a MBA and a PhD.
	Paula Richardson – iNet Development Manager Paula is an experienced Development Manager with a strong project management and corporate banking background. Paula has most recently worked with highly innovative businesses, helping them gain a competitive advantage through the use of design.
